Eyes on Copenhagen Day 3: What They are Saying
Yesterday, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced a pilot program for fast tracking the patent examination process for certain green technologies. Currently, the process takes 40 months, but the pilot will reduce that time to 12 months. The reviews are generally positive and only time will tell.
